...but the truth is the m is what YOU make of it!
This program is designed specifically for those who need a little more time learning how to move again or who may be a bit apprehensive about joining CrossFit.
It is for ANYONE who has said that they could NEVER do CrossFit!
Well, we are here to prove 'm wrong!!

WOW, what a great opportunity you have provided to me, I love it, and my excitement is way up there, I can't tell you what an impact your team has had on me, I have never felt this good about myself or physical activity. I hope you realize the difference you have made for me I want to shout out to everyone who thought that they can't do it, that yes you can. And you can hurt and feel good at the same time; learning is a wonderful feeling and something I think we do for the rest of our lives. Thanks for taking the time out of your life to help me with mine.
