Lonnie qualified and competed in the 2011 Rebook CrossFit Games - which was no small feat!

He entered the competition in 20th place and completed in 6th place overall in the 45-50 year old Masters Division.

WOW, what a great opportunity you have provided to me, I love it, and my excitement is way up there, I can't tell you what an impact your team has had on me, I have never felt this good about myself or physical activity. I hope you realize the difference you have made for me I want to shout out to everyone who thought that they can't do it, that yes you can. And you can hurt and feel good at the same time; learning is a wonderful feeling and something I think we do for the rest of our lives. Thanks for taking the time out of your life to help me with mine.

I cannot thank you two enough for being so inspirational and constantly motivating me to push myself to do better.
