inspirational and constantly motivating me to push myself to do
better. I hope this doesn't sound too corny but I want you both
to know how much I enjoy Cynergy Training. Everyone that
works out there is friendly and genuinely wants to see everyone

We had such a great turn out yesterday and some incredible times!! I
certainly want to acknowledge all the work by the judges! Having to move
equipment and preparing their athletes for each round! It was seamless! You guys
ROCK!!
It was great having Kelly and Josh here representing
CrossFit Providence…awesome

Keith and I thank all of you who made it to the WOD and a special
thanks to our CrossFit friends who came over from
CrossFit Watertown in CT!

Becky and Jill… it was great having you all here!
The Mass Crossfit Challenge is a traveling W.O.D. (work out of the day)
and is open to anyone who wants to participate.
At the end of the month, Cynergy CrossFitters (and any
other Cynergy Training members) will travel to different
CrossFit affiliates
throughout Massachusetts.
Each affiliate can bring as many participants as they
wish. The challenge will run for an hour and will conclude with a celebratory
party.
The first challenge was held in Hanson at our studio on
Saturday, June 28th, 2008.
It was an incredible
event and we want thank all that participated and supported the event!
