Training Rates     Getting Started Before you begin your training program with Cynergy, you will need to complete the Cynergy CrossFit Foundations classes which take you through all of the basic movements we use in our training program, as well as, review proper form and body mechanics.   Once the coach has signed off on your abilities you are welcome to join in on the training classes any time they are offered.  Find out more.         What does a membership at Cynergy Training mean? Cynergy Training offers elite training in a very unique environment.  Our niche is that we offer the same level of certified professional coaching found in private training [that can cost up to $75 an hour] in a dynamic group class for as little as $175 a month*!   Our clients are welcome to come to any class we offer and some come twice a day! Ask yourself:  What would it cost to go to a gym and hire a trainer for 30+ hours a month? *Requires enrollment in Cynergy's Automatic Debit Payment Program.     Check out our current schedule.         Monthly Memberships You have 3 different payment options that offer significant savings over the long run.  You can select a month-to-month, 6-month or one-year membership which requires enrollment in Cynergy's automatic debit payment plan. Adult Memberships Month-to-Month $225   6-Month Commitment $200 per month   One-Year Commitment $175 per month $275 per month for Husband/Wife High School Age Memberships This membership is available to high school age children between 9th and 12 grades.  Training is available 7 days a week. $125 per month for a 6 or 12 month commitment. CrossFit Teens This membership is available to all active members ages 12-19 and offered Monday through Friday. $85 per month. Family Membership Family memberships are available for 2 parents and kids through high school age. $375 per month with a one-year commitment. First Responders Membership Cynergy is proud to provide a special discount to the First Responders - and their spouses - who protect and serve our communities. Month-to-Month $150   One-Year Commitment $125 per month $225 per month for Husband/Wife NOTE:  For the first Cynergy Boot Camp, First Responder's are required to pay the full cost of $175.  Any additional Boot Camps would be $150 for month-to-month training or $125 for automatic debit.       Automatic Debit Payment Cynergy Training utilizes ACH (automatic payment deduction) for the group membership plan.  We will withdrawal these amounts on a monthly basis, however we can submit the full 6 month or one year payment as well.  Please let us know. What we need: A voided check to activate the program. A signed ACH form on file for permission to receive the monthly charge.  (Download Form). Program details & benefits: Activation days are on the 1st or 15th of every month. The money is taken directly from your checking/savings account. Requirements: You must complete the agreement for at least 6 months or pay the difference. You must sign a cancellation form 30 days in advance if you would like to opt out of the program.
