Cynergy Training Schedule
 

Cynergy Training has an open training format that allows you to sample everything we have to offer.

 

 

If this is your first time with Cynergy Training, you will need to complete a waiver release and medical information form, as well as, meet with one of the Cynergy Trainers prior to training for an initial fitness assessment.

 

 

Baby sitting is available week nights and weekends - but you must call to schedule in advance.  Please call Cynthia at 617.962.0257.
