At Cynergy, we offer a wide variety of coach-led classes for all ages and levels of fitness. No matter the class, you will find a friendly face with expertise in coaching leading the workouts, many like-minded people of all ages and abilities taking the class with you. Strength and Conditioning Classes - $175 Unlimited

  • Programming that combines Olympic lifting, strength building, power lifts, gymnastics, cardio and core

  • High Intensity and scaleable workouts that can challenge the all levels from beginners to the fittest athletes

  • A strong community atmosphere, training alongside like-minded individuals

  • Result driven, see yourself get stronger, gain endurance, and improve your overall fitness

  • Beginner’s class or previous experience required

  • $175/month - unlimited, includes all adult classes

Beginners Class - $125

  • This is a 3-4 day class required prior to the Strength and Conditioning Membership for those Athletes with NO Olympic Lifting background. (Cleans, Jerks, Snatches, etc)

  • Focused on training methods, terms, movements and lifts, as well as safety, scaling, and general fitness preparedness.

  • Private training designed to prepare you for success in our Strength & Conditioning classes. ($125)

Cynergy BUILD - $155

Scalable Strength and Stability Training

  • Strength-focused program designed for all levels.

  • Slower, intentional movements for improved stability, mobility, and longevity.

  • No previous experience required.

  • Movements do not require olympic lifting or intense conditioning.

  • Offered Monday-Friday at 8am - $155/month

First in Fitness - $95 (1 day/week), $125 (2 days/week)

Tactical Strength & Conditioning for First Responders

  • Functional strength under load

  • Stability in unpredictable environments

  • Grip strength and carrying capacity

  • Decision-making under fatigue

  • Offered 2x a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am)

Cynergy Boot Camp - $135

Cynergy Boot Camp is a seasonal outdoor fitness program in Hanson, MA, designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence through high-energy, full-body workouts, coupled with HYROX training. Held outside in a supportive group environment, this program is perfect for anyone looking to stay consistent, challenge themselves, and start their day strong.

  • Tuesday - Wednesday - Friday mornings

    5:15 AM - 6:15 AM

  • Session 1 (May 5th - 29th)

  • Session 2 (June 2nd - 26th)

  • Session 3 (June 30th - July 31st)

    *No classes 21 -22 -24 -homework will be assigned

    100% attendance and being on time bonus in each month awards you a 15% discount on the next month in the series ($115)

Hyrox Training Club - $150
